# About the Role
At Jinconnect, we are looking for a performance-driven Digital Marketing Specialist to lead client acquisition strategies. This is not an entry-level role; we need a strategist who can navigate the complexities of modern algorithms.
You will be responsible for end-to-end campaign management for our B2B and E-commerce clients. From technical SEO audits to managing $50k+ monthly ad spends, you will be the engine behind our clients' growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Paid Media Management: Strategize, launch, and optimize campaigns on Google Ads, Meta (FB/IG), and LinkedIn with a focus on lowering CPA and increasing ROAS.
- SEO Mastery: Conduct technical site audits, keyword research, and on-page optimization using tools like Ahrefs and Semrush to drive organic traffic.
- CRO & Analytics: Set up conversion tracking via GTM/GA4, run A/B tests on landing pages, and visualize data using Looker Studio.
- Automation: Build automated email nurturing sequences (HubSpot/Klaviyo) to improve lead-to-customer conversion rates.
Technical Requirements
Agency Experience
3+ Years managing multiple client accounts.
The Stack
Deep expertise in GA4, GTM, and Looker Studio.
Certifications
Google Ads & Meta Blueprint Certified.
Communication
Ability to explain complex metrics to clients.
